Do you only plan weddings?
No, we offer planning and coordinating for all types of events. Social events, Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Ribbon Cuttings, Open House, Bar Mitzvahs, Quinceanera, Corporate Events, Holiday Parties, and more.
Are you ordained to Officiate Weddings?
Yes! The Notary Republic since 1996 and ordained with the American Marriage Ministries since 2018.
Are you legal and insured?
Absolutely! 100% legal. Sole proprietor, listed on Sunbiz, and have an EIN number. Insured, licensed, and bonded, as well.
Do you travel?
Yes, a travel fee is included for anything out of Brevard of County. Travel fees could include, but not be limited to airfare, lodging, and meals.
Do I need a marriage license issued from the State of Florida if I live out of state?
Yes, a Florida license is required for marriage in the State of Florida. YOU CAN NOT use a marriage license from another state in the State of Florida. We do help assist in acquiring a Florida license and we will file the license after the ceremony for you.
How far in advance should your services be booked?
Most events are planned a year in advance.
Can you do a beach wedding?
Yes, our office is across the street from Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, for all of our services.
Can you schedule electronic meetings?
Yes, we are happy to arrange for a Zoom call for any or all meetings.
Do you customize the ceremony?
All weddings are scripted specifically for the couple, to showcase the couple’s story, or to fit their desires and personality.
Do you officiate same-sex weddings?
Yes, we believe love is love. Everyone has a choice to love whom they want, and they can make the choice on whom they marry. We have officiated many gay and lesbian weddings and support the LGBTQ community.

A Wedding Planner is someone who helps with couples with the planning, organization, and management of their wedding. Hiring a Wedding Planner is well worth the monetary outlay to ensure that all the details are taken care of on the big day and keeps everything stress free.

What is an Event Coordinator?
Event Coordinators, also known as Event Specialists or Event Planners, are responsible for every aspect of event planning. Their main duties include assisting with selecting venues and vendors. Timeline guidance with planning and organizing the day of events. A Coordinator must be able to wear many hats and facilitate various deliverables at once. Also assisting the events the day of as per the outline in your contract.
Are deposits refundable?
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
